I cannot praise your staff highly enough. In my experience of buying items from you, they have always gone out of their way to ensure that any requests I make are responded to promptly and most courteously. As for the quality of your clothing, it is excellent. In fact, in some ways, due to the high quality of the cotton, its durability, lack of fading and ability to keep its shape, I don\\\\\\\’t have to replace your t-shirts as frequently as I do other makes. So these are the reasons that I keep coming back to you!

I loved the packing so much, it\\\\\\\’s really beautiful and made me feel like I was opening the world\\\\\\\’s most luxurious clothing! The t-shirt itself is lovely; heavy cotton, double stitching, looks fabulous but also durible which was what I wanted. The quality really reflects the price, which I an relived about because I\\\\\\\’m a student and I\\\\\\\’ve never spent more than £10 on a t-shirt. I\\\\\\\’m looking forwards to buying a more loose fitting one for different outfits. Thanks so much for such a beautiful product!

Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. With a small product range a business needs to meet these high standards and in my brief experience the white T-shirt company exceeds them.
